No. Every charge goes through the customer's own approval on their phone; no approval, no transaction. The cashier enters the amount, the customer releases the money.

Cashiers, branch managers and the owner have separate permissions: a cashier only takes payments, a branch manager sees their own branch, the owner manages everything. Critical actions are logged.
